About the Role

We're offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your experience.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Wise, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance to banks and partners integrating our services.
  • Supporting business development by identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with implementation managers, product managers, and engineers to define technical solutions.
  • Ensuring partners deliver high-quality integrations within their constraints.
  • Improving integration experiences through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations.
  • Collaborating with the technical presales team to support sales cycles.
  • Designing and developing new features for our services.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in solutions engineering.
  • A deep understanding of balancing customer-centric thinking with technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent our values to external partners.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, API design, Swagger, OpenAPI, and OAuth2.
