Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development and leadership. As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting our client's digital enterprise systems, data interfaces, and integrations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and QA, to deliver successful projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and external partners.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience leading high-performing software development teams.
  • Extensive experience in technology delivery in financial organizations, preferably with some experience delivering to corporate functions departments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of management.
  • Hands-on technical skills in TypeScript, React, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kubernetes/OpenShift architecture, and AWS architecture.
  • Experience with Agile and TDD methodologies is advantageous.
