Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

">About the Role

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our organization. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various business units.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike. Your expertise in Learning Management Systems, Employer Branding, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development will enable us to implement effective programs and initiatives that drive business success.

You will also support a full spectrum of learning and organizational development activities, including administration work and other HR-related tasks. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR generalist role including Learning Management System, Employer branding, Employee relations, Employee engagement, and the implementation of programs & initiatives for the business units.
  • Support the full spectrum of learning and organizational development activities, including administration work and any other HR activities
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resource, Business, Administration or relevant
  • Welcome entry level - Training Provided
  • Positive attitude , willing to learn
  • Outgoing and cheerful personality
  • Comfortable with Digital environment / industry
  • Mandarin speaking - require to communicate with Chinese elderly
  • 5 days work (9am to 6pm)
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
