Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to the curriculum, fostering growth and curiosity in children aged 2 months to 6 years.
  • Create learning experiences that stimulate active engagement both within and outside the classroom.
  • Monitor progress of the children and maintain accurate records of their development.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Establish partnerships with parents for the children's overall development.
  • Provide routine care and maintain a safe and hygienic environment for the children.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a qualification that enables you to receive an L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software, electronic devices, multimedia producing software, and trending social media apps.
  • Enjoy working with children and have a passion for educating young learners.
  • Display creativity, energy, and dynamism while possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in designing learning activities and centre environments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Successfully implement lessons aligned with the curriculum and observing improvements in child development.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress.
