Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of engineers and site staff, planning and organizing daily work, execution of projects, preparing project schedules, milestone reports, submission, and manpower planning;
  • Participating in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, and conducting tender site show rounds for project works and contract management;
  • Ensuring effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing, and commissioning;
  • Ensuring all installation engineers, workers/subcontractors' work is completed within the allocated time;
  • Ensuring safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements;
  • Performing investigations of accident/incident reports, including recommendations for preventive or improvement measures to mitigate recurrence;
  • Reviewing contractor's redesign submissions, updating as-built drawings, attending site meetings/inspections;
  • Making judgment calls/decisions based on experience within the industry;
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out to current standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years Singapore-based ACMV experience;
  • Career progression opportunities;
  • Adequate qualification in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Experience handling multiple projects and teams simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.
