Job Title

A Senior Mechanical Project Manager is sought to lead the site supervision team on all mechanical and building construction works.

">Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site supervision team on all mechanical and building construction works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all mechanical site inspection issues, contract-related matters, and supporting the identification of defects and supervising rectification works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Addressing and responding to all Contractor's RFI's and technical submittals.
  • Coordinating with other discipline engineers and liaising with design teams/Quality Professionals from HQ.
  • Attending all site/project-related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors, and leading in technical and work progress discussions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Good graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • About 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in the construction of infrastructure projects preferably in water or used water treatment works.
  • A person with good communication and leadership skills.
