Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This includes coordinating transportation arrangements, liaising with customers and transporters, data entry on inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring order fulfillment status, and coordinating with the warehouse operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage KPI reports, ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and communicate effectively with customers and transporters
  • Perform data entry on inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates
  • Monitor order fulfillment status and coordinate with the warehouse operations team to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare monthly billing for customers to accounts department
  • Assist with put-away, picking, and packing as required

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience in logistic support and administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
