Event Execution Specialist

As an Event Execution Specialist, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure seamless execution of all events and functions.

  • Coordinate event setups with precision, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standards.
  • Set up buffet tables and back-of-house areas in line with hotel and event requirements.
  • Assist with food displays and buffet lines, ensuring smooth and timely service.
  • Prepare mise-en-place and ensure function rooms are guest-ready.
  • Deliver attentive, enthusiastic, and punctual service throughout all events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events.
  • Support the return of all items post-function to the kitchen or banquet manager.
What We Require

We are looking for a skilled individual with:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a similar capacity.
  • Preferably a NITEC graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or its equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personality, building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests.
  • Strong problem-solving, innovative thinking, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in F&B operations and local regulations.
