Job Overview

The role of an IT & AI Operations Specialist is a key position that oversees daily IT operations, ensuring the stability and security of our infrastructure. This specialist leverages AI-powered platforms to enhance user support, automate routine tasks, and analyze systems for proactive IT management.

This position requires technical proficiency in Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, Cloudflare, and AI tools in IT environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and cloud-based IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring efficient and high-quality technical support across the organization
  • Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune (Windows) and JAMF (macOS)
  • Managing identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra; enforcing conditional access policies, MFA, and user lifecycle workflows
  • Implementing and maintaining Cloudflare services for DNS management, zero-trust access, and application security
  • Integrating and managing AI tools for IT operations, including automation of repetitive tasks, proactive alerts, and predictive maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures, including device security, data protection, and user access
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand IT requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Maintaining and managing the organization's hardware and software assets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a hands-on IT role
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with both Windows and macOS environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
