Job Title: Global Banking Controls Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Banking Controls Specialist. In this position, you will coordinate with regional GB Client Service teams and Business Control Managers across 14 APAC countries to lead control-oriented initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the CORE Program, including process mapping, optimization, risk identification, control design reviews, and assessing control testing results.
  • Supporting issue management protocols, ensuring GB Client Service control issues undergo root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Participating in cross-functional triage of technology incidents, risk events, loss events, and data breaches, reviewing root causes and proposing sustainable remediation to prevent recurrence.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and escalating relevant risk and control metrics.
  • Building and managing relationships with a broad range of regional stakeholders.
