Hotel Front Desk Associate
">">- Greet guests and respond to their inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Handle all front desk activities such as check-in, check-out, room assignment, and key distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area, including dusting furniture, polishing fixtures, and taking out trash.
- Ensure that all hotel amenities and services are clearly communicated to guests, including dining options, recreational facilities, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or issues, providing solutions or escalating the matter to a supervisor if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints, compliments, and special requests.
- Provide information about hotel policies, including payment terms, cancellation procedures, and billing methods.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
Requirements:
- Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in a hospitality role, proficiency in a foreign language, knowledge of local culture and customs.
