Arbitrage Specialist

    The Arbitrage Specialist is responsible for managing the cash-futures bond basis books with no geographical restrictions.

    Key responsibilities include identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities in the fixed income space, actively monitoring and optimizing positions to ensure alignment with trading objectives and risk guidelines, and working closely with operations teams and external partners to support trade execution and infrastructure needs.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing a fixed income cash-futures bond basis book.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant markets, trading infrastructure, and execution strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of performance in similar strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with operations teams, prime brokers, and execution brokers.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

    Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's skill set and years of relevant experience.
