Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager in managing and executing cleanroom construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Review and manage technical drawings, material specifications, and construction methods.
  • Monitor site work to guarantee compliance with design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Resolve on-site engineering and construction issues promptly.
  • Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in cleanroom or pharmaceutical/industrial facility projects.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools.
  • Available for international travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
