We are seeking a seasoned valuation professional to lead and execute complex valuation engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in valuation acquired within an accounting or professional services firm, and hold a degree in Accountancy, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field. They will be responsible for developing and analyzing financial models, reviewing assumptions and data, and assisting in other advisory work such as transaction support and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute valuation assignments
  • Perform valuations for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting, and restructuring
  • Develop and analyze financial models, reviewing underlying assumptions and data
  • Assist in other advisory work such as transaction support, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, and reorganization

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2-4 years of valuation experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment
