Compliance Reviewer

Conduct thorough due diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) reviews on customer accounts and documentation. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with financial transactions.

Work closely with outreach and relationship management teams to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.

Highlight suspicious product usage to senior management for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) review and ensure high-quality standards in all KYC reviews.

Escalate technical or procedural issues to managers for guidance and support, and perform quality control reviews.

Generate regular metrics for local, regional, and global reporting, and act as a liaison with internal and external clients.

Support on-site reviews and drive corrective actions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years' experience in KYC/AML/Due Diligence or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/KYC policies, systems, and processes.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle large volumes of data.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with strong compliance skills.
