About the Role
  • Welcome guests with warm hospitality and ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Prepare and present Chinese teas to high standards, taking pride in every detail.
  • Share your expertise on tea varieties and guide guests through tasting experiences, creating a unique and memorable experience for each guest.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including table service, retail sales, and event hosting, working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and interest in Chinese tea culture, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Prior experience in the tea industry, F&B, or hospitality is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a busy setting.
