Key Responsibilities

Direct the market entry strategy (audience segmentation, channel selection, marketing ecosystem architecture, performance assessment) for multiple accounts, each encompassing one or more brands. Oversee the creation of annual tactical plans. Develop solutions for clients' marketing challenges and produce corresponding project briefs. Collaborate with the Analytics team to evaluate brand performance and suggest enhancements. Demonstrate thought leadership by producing POV documents on industry and technology trends. Manage a team of strategists. Participate in account-level leadership teams, focusing on client relationships, financial growth, and operational development. Engage in new business presentations. Contribute to the development of Activation Strategy expertise.

Qualifications & Attributes

A university degree, preferably with a focus in business or science; an MBA is advantageous. 12-15 years of marketing experience, predominantly in healthcare marketing within an agency context. A strong sense of intellectual curiosity, combined with a talent for creative problem-solving. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities. A proven history of progressive leadership roles.
