Job Title

A collection and dispatch professional responsible for managing cheques, cash, and documents in carparks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect cheques, cash, and documents from carparks and submit them to the office in a timely manner.
  • Generate reports from the carpark system and submit them to the office.
  • Dispatch stationery and staff petty cash claims from the office to carparks.
  • Dispatch and collect assigned documents between offices.
  • Transport documents securely between Chai Chee office and Vertex HQ office.
  • Distribute complimentary tickets to clients and carparks.
  • Fetch senior admin staff to bank and return them to the office.
  • Assist site staff with submitting stationery orders and leaves.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Hold a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Be proactive, responsible, and keen to work in a team.
  • Will to work overtime when required.
  • Able to work independently, meticulously, and pay attention to details.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent arranging skills.
  • Vehicles management expertise.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Strong driving skills, holding a Class 3 driving license.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
