This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and decision makers.
You will work closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals. Establishing and maintaining key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Another important responsibility is uncovering and building opportunity pipelines with Sales and advancing through the sales stages progressively until deal closure.
Collaboration with Sales is essential to assess the level of involvement required from distribution to ensure success in closing business and project opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the data center business.
- Solid proven direct and channel sales track record. Ability to present and negotiate with senior executives and decision makers both internally and externally.
- Results-driven, strong will to compete and win in a business environment.
- A good team player and enjoys interacting with people of all levels.
- Able to travel frequently and work independently.
This position requires up to 50% travel.
Other Responsibilities:Be the expert in Data Center power products and solutions, industry standards, and overall on-site power system design and integration.
Promote PS in trade events and associations, and work with Marketing and Engineering to create and present technical papers.
