Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations. Your expertise will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, strategic budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic objectives.
  • E nsuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in dynamic or fast-growing organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving improvements.
  • A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
  • Experience working independently, with a hands-on approach to solving complex financial challenges.
