Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Product Specialist to join our Trade Marketing team.

About the Role:

As a strategic influencer, you will drive adoption and sales across local retailers, contributing to the commercial success of our products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and conduct demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
  • Become the subject matter expert for customers in stores and establish meaningful touchpoints with clients.
  • Proactively promote our brand and demonstrate the use of our products to end consumers.
  • Develop effective sales pitches, monitor industry trends, and perform basic reporting.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market share.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with retailers and/or consumers in a retail or consumer goods company.
  • Proficiency in at least two languages including English is mandatory.
  • Pleasant personality and a passion for serving customers.
  • Retail sales and/or customer service experience will be advantageous.
  • Able to commit to a regular work schedule with occasional weekends.
