Job Overview

  •  We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our account payable function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are properly verified and approved prior to payment.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and other related tasks as required.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparation of accruals, depreciation, and prepayment entries.
