Senior Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Job Description
We offer a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our students. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting assessments and writing reports to inform intervention planning
• Developing and implementing programs to improve motor and coordination skills in students with ASD
• Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Providing training and consultation to educators and parents on areas related to occupational therapy
• Participating in curriculum development projects to ensure that our programs are evidence-based and effective

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes and different perspectives
