We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our entertainment team as a Karaoke Crew member.


About the Role:
  • As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through your interactions with guests.
  • You will handle phone reservations and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.
  • In addition to greeting and directing guests to their rooms, you will also manage orders for food and beverages, providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Basic technical support is also an essential part of this role, requiring you to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment is crucial, and we expect all team members to take pride in their work and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to match.
  • A neat appearance and a comfortable demeanor are essential, as you will be interacting with guests on a daily basis.
  • Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages is a must, as you will be working in a bar environment.
