Teaching Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

About the Role:
  • Plan and implement engaging English language lessons and activities for preschool children, promoting cognitive development and fostering a love for learning.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and socialization among students.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration, ensuring a seamless partnership between home and school.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress and development, providing regular feedback to parents and stakeholders to inform future learning plans.
  • E nsure the safety and well-being of all children in accordance with established health and safety guidelines, maintaining a secure and healthy learning environment.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Early childhood certifications (e.g., Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Care and Education, Certificate in Early Childhood Education).
  • Passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to their holistic development, recognizing the importance of play-based learning and social-emotional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people, including children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports children's emotional and academic growth.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating research-based strategies into teaching practices.
  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred but not required, as we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and industries.
