We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Childcare Educator.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of young learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Produce regular progress reports and compile comprehensive development portfolios for each child.
  • Apply positive reinforcement techniques to promote social-emotional growth and well-being.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming learning environment through proper upkeep of teaching resources and classroom arrangement.
  • Stay current with curriculum documents, policy manuals, and best practices in early childhood education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess one of the following qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Studies, or Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education.
  • Demonstrate expertise in areas such as childcare, psychology, verbal communication, classroom management, and literacy.
