We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our team at LTW Designworks PTE. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement FF&E designs for various projects, ensuring that they meet our clients' requirements and budget constraints.

- Collaborate with our design team to ensure that designs are in line with our company's standards and best practices.

- Conduct site visits and factory inspections to review materials and furniture, ensuring that they meet our quality standards.

- Manage and coordinate the work of our FF&E designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that they meet our expectations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering designs that meet their expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to our projects and ensuring that we deliver innovative and effective designs.

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in FF&E design, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and 3D Max a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our design team and clients.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.

- Bachelor's degree in Textiles or Interior Design or equivalent.
