We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Patient Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers/patients, and providing excellence in patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a positive experience for patients and visitors.
- To ensure that the Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre Lists are arranged efficiently and effectively.
- To make reminder calls and confirm procedural appointments with patients for all surgical areas.
- To assist in providing solutions and advice on enquiries for patients.
- To work with other department stakeholders to ensure that the patient has a smooth journey with Alexandra Hospital for their procedure.
