Marketing Strategist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns that drive business outcomes.

  • This role involves conceptualising, developing and executing end-to-end integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that leverage consumer insights to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will be able to think big, work independently and have the curiosity to discover new ways to enable business outcomes. They will also have strong project management skills, excellent relationship management and attention to detail.

  • This role requires a highly driven and experienced marketer with at least 5 years' proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns with minimum guidance.
About the Job

The role of the Marketing Strategist will involve:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Developing, launching and optimising ROI-driven advertising campaigns across various channels
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop customer propositions for products and ensure consistent messaging across all touch points
  • Monitoring and reviewing campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A good understanding of the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills and excellent relationship management
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
