The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, with expertise in conducting comprehensive market analysis and developing sophisticated investment strategies.

You will be responsible for providing expert investment counseling to clients, delivering clear analysis and recommendations, as well as leading client onboarding and compliance processes.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
  • Fluent professional proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) essential to effectively communicate with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese financial markets, investment products, and regulatory landscape including MAS compliance and fit and proper criteria.
  • Proven track record of generating returns exceeding relevant benchmarks while managing risk effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and familiar with Bloomberg, etc.
  • Excellent client servicing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, multicultural environments.
