We facilitate partnerships with non-profits, public sector bodies, and individuals to enliven the giving ecosystem within Singapore. Our mission is to strengthen Singapore's charities so they can thrive.
Job DescriptionThe Manager, Board Solutions will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions to drive charity board performance.
This includes leading a portfolio of services including: Giving Circles, Impact Management, Fundraising Support, BoardMatch and BoardPulse, and Changemakers.
Continuously review and improve service offerings to ensure alignment with sector needs and strategic goals. Develop and track KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and impact of services.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a portfolio of services including Giving Circles, Impact Management, Fundraising Support, BoardMatch and BoardPulse, and Changemakers.
- Continuously review and improve service offerings to ensure alignment with sector needs and strategic goals.
- Develop and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services.
Work closely with Charity Boards and Executive Leadership to provide complimentary user-centric solutions that address common challenges and improve performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver effective results.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are also required to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of charity boards.
Experience in service management and development is highly desirable for this role, as you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of services.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential for success in this role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to develop and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services.
Ability to communicate complex information effectively through reports and insights is also required for this role.
