At NVPC's Community Leadership & Partnerships (CLP) team, our mission is to strengthen Singapore's charities so that they can thrive. CLP's Leadership & Performance unit supports the mission by providing complimentary, user-centric solutions that charity boards and executive leadership can utilise to address common challenges and improve performance.

The Manager, Board Solutions will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of two signature solutions targeted at driving the performance of charity boards:

• Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL)'s BoardMatch - A solution that matches registered volunteers to charity board roles, the only such solution in Singapore dedicated to supporting the charity sector
• CNPL's BoardPulse2.0 - A self-assessment tool where charity board members complete an individual survey to receive a report of their board's performance and areas for improvement

Job Description

1. Service Management & Development
   • Lead and manage a portfolio of services including:
   • Giving Circles - fostering collective giving and community philanthropy
   • Impact Management - building capabilities in outcome tracking and social impact measurement
   • Fundraising Support - developing tools and programmes to enhance donor engagement and revenue growth
   • BoardMatch & BoardPulse - supporting effective board recruitment and governance health assessments
   • Changemakers - nurturing leadership pipelines and strategic talent development
   • Continuously review and improve service offerings to ensure alignment with sector needs and strategic goals
   • Develop and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services
   • Prepare reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders
2. Capability Building & Sector Engagement
   • Work closely with Charity Account Managers to complement onboarding efforts for charities on Giving.sg — by offering capacity-building support, fundraising readiness tools, and governance development resources that enhance long-term engagement and platform success
   • Facilitate workshops, clinics, and peer learning opportunities for charity leaders and board members
   • Identify sector trends and pain points through various engagement efforts to inform programme design and resource development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working in programme development and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to independently manage internal and external stakeholders
• Service-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Self-driven and takes initiative to achieve high performance of services and solutions
