Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management, accounting, and corporate compliance. The successful applicant will be responsible for payroll processing, including preparing and processing monthly payroll for clients, computing salaries, bonuses, CPF contributions, and tax deductions, generating payslips, and ensuring timely salary disbursements. Additionally, they will handle payroll-related queries from clients and employees.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:
The Part-Time Payroll and Accounting Administrator will maintain accurate financial records, perform bank reconciliations, record and classify transactions in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets, and assist in GST filing and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.
