**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced CFO to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, compliance, and financial operations. They will lead the fundraising strategy, creating pitch decks, engaging with investors, and negotiating term sheets.

An existing network of VCs or angel investors is essential, as well as knowledge of startup exits, M&A, or IPOs. Proficiency in financial modeling, compliance, and startup fundraising cycles is also required.

The successful candidate will have the ability to navigate equity structures, term sheets, early-stage investment dynamics, and work without a salary until funding is secured.
