We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead to drive our Wealth Management team forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure seamless customer experience from application to policy inception.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Minimum education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and higher.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years experience leading a sales team with demonstrated track record of sales achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven, professional, passionate for growth.
  • Experience in Insurance related Sales environment with certifications in CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI.
  • Knowledge of estate planning, trust services will be an added benefit.
