About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine, with a passion for creating authentic dishes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern and Turkish dishes to a high standard.
  • Develop new recipes and menu items to enhance our offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
