Insurance Administrative Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who is passionate about the insurance industry. As an Insurance Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to insurance policies, clients, and agents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and issue new policies and endorsements
  • Review and verify accuracy of policies, endorsements, and renewal notices
  • Create and update client and agent records in the system
  • Prepare cover letters and draft policy clauses or endorsements as required
  • Compile claims statistics and summaries for policy renewals and reviews
  • Sort and prepare policy files for upcoming renewals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of policy documents
  • Monitor stock and accuracy of policy jackets
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with insurance software and systems
  • Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
