Insurance Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administration professional to join our team.

About the Job

This is a 6-month contract position as an Insurance Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience in life insurance administration and be proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process tasks efficiently within stipulated timelines and adhere to operational procedures.
  • Conduct data cleaning and checking activities.
  • Verify documentation to ensure it meets requirements.
  • Enter key information into the system, including client and product details, premium amounts.
  • Approve submissions in online platforms.
  • Archive documents by scanning, verifying, and uploading them.
  • Ensure scanned documents are correctly indexed.
  • Verify document accuracy during verification.
  • Upload documents into the correct adviser's/client's folder.
  • Prepare, update, and send data reports on daily, weekly, and monthly frequencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between team members and the reporting manager.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties, including assisting staff members and answering queries from advisers.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate/advanced level proficiency in Excel.
  • Minimum years of life insurance backroom experience preferred.
  • Possess at least a diploma.
  • Relevant insurance certifications, such as M5 or M9 (preferred).
