Job Summary

AUSTIN ENERGY (ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Fleet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of 90 vehicles, ensuring all inspections are completed on time, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle information, road tax, and COE expiry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle information, including driver details, road tax, and COE expiry.
  2. Liaise with operations teams to ensure all inspections are completed on time and in accordance with company policies.
  3. Advise business heads on cost implications of replacing old vehicles and negotiate with vendors for scrap, rental, or purchase.
  4. Collate and maintain accurate fuel-consumption records for tracking purposes.
  5. Manage peripherals related to vehicles, including GPS tracking devices and in-vehicle cameras.
  6. Manage Heavy Vehicle Parking applications and renewals as necessary.
  7. Assist the Admin Team with other duties as required, including events and reception counter duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience and dealing with vehicle fleet matters.
  • At least 6 months of experience handling company vehicles, including COE renewal, vehicle scrap, purchase, rental, and insurance.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use available resources to learn the job scope.
Preferred Skills

Able to work independently and use available resources to learn the job scope. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with inventory management and accounting principles is an asset.
