Front Desk Operations Specialist

">Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Front Desk Operations Specialist to support front desk operations during evening and overnight hours.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the front desk during the night shift, providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
  • Perform check-in/check-out procedures, issue access cards/passes, and handle member and guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Monitor premises and report any safety or security concerns to relevant personnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of counter/reception area.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, form processing, and end-of-day summaries.
  • Record and manage late night bookings, facility usage, or maintenance requests.
  • Support emergency protocols when required.
  • Coordinate with cleaning/security staff or duty managers for overnight issues.
  • Prepare shift handover notes for the incoming morning team.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS or booking systems).
  • Trustworthiness, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical fitness and alertness to handle long/night shifts.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and calm in emergency or challenging situations.
">Working Hours:

Night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM) available part-time or full-time options.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration, data entry, MS Office, office administration, physically fit, first aid, communication skills, administrative support, customer service, computer literacy, able to work independently, and customer service experience.
