Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to define objectives for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives.

  • Evaluate, analyze, develop, and optimize methodologies for machine learning.
  • Analyze data and perform data labeling to enhance model accuracy.
  • Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to extract valuable insights from large datasets and improve model performance.
  • Implement changes and optimizations to AI/ML algorithms to enhance functionality.
  • Support the daily operations of AI/ML systems, including resolving customer support issues.
  • Perform patch management for operating systems, software, and security on AI/ML systems during maintenance windows.
  • Coordinate and execute disaster recovery activities promptly during service disruptions to minimize downtime and revenue loss.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for procedures and configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational and cybersecurity requirements are met.
  • Perform system, service, and security audits to maintain compliance.
  • Engage with vendor support teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

A degree in Engineering with a major in Computer Science, IP Networking, or Telecommunications/Mobile Communication is required. Preference for candidates with certifications in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Networking (e.g., CCNA/CCNP), and Network Security.

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for machine learning projects.

A solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks. Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate and present effectively in both verbal and written English. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. A good team player with a collaborative mindset.
