We are seeking a motivated App Review Specialist to join our team. As an App Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of apps on our platform.
About the RoleThe App Review Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating apps based on a set of technical, content, and design criteria. This includes identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns related to app functionality, user experience, and overall quality.
Key Responsibilities- Screening apps for technical, content, and design criteria
- Identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Communicating clearly with developers
- Collaborating with team members on business and process improvements
- Language proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to identify changes to apps between submissions
- Excellent judgment and integrity
- Ability to work quickly and proficiently under tight timelines
- Comfortable reviewing a high volume of apps daily
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of Apple platforms
