- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred for those who want to stay ahead in their career.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Software Testing, with at least 3 years of experience in the medical device industry being an added advantage.
- Skills: Proven experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Gherkin, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
