The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards, supporting the head chef and team in daily operations, maintaining inventory and proper food storage, and following safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Preparation of High-Quality Food Products:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations.
  • Inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment (training provided).
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic English communication skills.
