We are seeking a skilled Air Freight Solutions Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and coordinate air freight logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored air freight solutions to clients, coordinating with airlines on rates and bookings.
  • Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates, as well as vendors such as DG specialists, fumigation services, and marine insurance providers.
  • Prepare job sheets for operations teams to follow up on shipment status and uplift.
  • Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • A self-motivated and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
