Job Title:
Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting the FOH team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
  • Take accurate orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set up correctly and cleared promptly for new guests.
  • Use knowledge of the menu to suggest items to guests, upsell when appropriate, and answer questions.
  • Process customer payments accurately and operate the POS system for efficient billing and order tracking.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in learning about Korean dishes, beverages, and dining customs to enhance guest interactions and service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to training and feedback, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
