This position involves interacting with customers, handling reservations, and maintaining a clean environment.

  • Welcome guests as they arrive and direct them to their seats

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Hostess or similar role
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks
  • A professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems, particularly reservation software
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Greet guests warmly and seat them at their designated tables
  2. Effectively manage reservations, answer phone calls, and coordinate table bookings
  3. Maintain the dining area's cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
