Fragrance Development Opportunity
">About the RoleAs a Fragrance Developer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding perfumers through the fragrance creation process. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping fragrance strategies that resonate with consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute fragrance development strategies and creative processes.
- Lead the olfactive vision and fragrance strategy for assigned customers and proactive initiatives.
- Manage multiple complex briefs and develop/select fragrances aligned with project goals.
- Translate Consumer Market Insight (CMI) data into actionable olfactory guidelines for perfumers.
- Establish regional olfactive understanding to nourish internal teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree and 3-10 years of experience in fragrance evaluation, preferably with strong exposure to fine fragrances.
- Strong olfactory expertise paired with functional knowledge of fragrance development processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience managing complex projects and working with global or regional networks.
