About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key infrastructure providers and driving service improvements across a global portfolio of infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-organizational business reviews with key infrastructure providers
  • Develop and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions
  • Identify and drive targeted improvement initiatives to raise service performance with specific vendors
  • Manage commercial and operational relationships with key infrastructure vendors
  • Empower internal customer teams by facilitating issue resolution and ongoing performance improvement efforts with key infrastructure vendors
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience delivering Lean/Six Sigma projects
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
