The role of Healthcare Operations Assistant involves supporting the efficient operation of healthcare-related warehouse activities. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks and collaborate with colleagues effectively.

Key responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and putting away inbound shipments accurately; picking, packing, and releasing goods on time; and verifying physical stock against documentation. Additionally, this role involves maintaining warehouse facilities, operating materials handling equipment, and adhering to standard operating procedures.

For success in this role, candidates should possess a GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or NITEC certificate and have 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment. A forklift license is also necessary. Reliable individuals with computer literacy and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are preferred.
